This year, OVC will commemorate Remembrance Day at 9:45 a.m., on Tuesday, November 11.  A wreath will be placed at the Memorial Books in the MacNabb Room of the OVC Learning Commons and a moment of silence will be observed in memory of the faculty, staff and students of OVC who died while serving their country in the First and Second World Wars and other conflicts.

A special exhibit will also be on display of Veterinary World War I artifacts from the CAV Barker Museum in the MacNabb Room during the ceremony.

This brief ceremony will be followed by the University of Guelph’s Annual Remembrance Day Service which will be held at 10:30 a.m. in War Memorial Hall.

All staff, students, alumni and faculty are welcome to attend.
