The Ontario Veterinary College at the University of Guelph is pleased to welcome Dr. Nathalie Coté, DMV, DVSc, Dipl ACVS, who joined the Large Animal Surgery Service and Department of Clinical Studies on February 13, 2017.
A Board certified large animal surgeon, Dr. Coté is recognized for her surgical expertise.
Dr. Coté graduated from the University of Montreal with her DVM in 1988. She completed her DVSc in large animal surgery at OVC in 1993 and became a diplomate of the American College of Veterinary Surgeons in 1997.
She continued as a faculty member with OVC until 2003, before becoming an associate in a local equine practice. Most recently she was partner in a successful southern Ontario equine practice.
Dr. Cote also teaches V-STEP, a program that trains international veterinarians.
“I’m looking forward to providing surgical and clinical expertise, as well as high-quality service, to OVC’s current and future clientele,” says Dr. Coté.
