One of the biggest events of the school year, Inside Ride is a charity fundraiser for children living with cancer & their families. Our
very own Dr. Tom Gibson is very passionate about this charity, and has
sponsored this lunch talk to give us more information about the upcoming
event, as well as the charity itself.
Of course, there will be pizza!

5:30pm - Dentistry Club wet lab (1313)
A lab on performing full oral exams & extractions on cadavers. Food
will also be provided (pizza and pop) prior to the lab with a lecture.
This event will mainly be for phase 1 and 2 students.
Thursday, Feb 12:
10:00am - CCSAW Valentine’s bake sale (Cafeteria)
Campbell Centre for the Study of Animal Welfare will be having a bake sale at this hour!
12:30pm - Dentistry Club lunch talk (1714)
Three key points will be covered in this lunch talk:
- To discuss the important role veterinary dentistry plays in the overall health of companion animals.
- To learn more about SUCCOR, an acronym that serves as a helpful mnemonic for a systematic approach to comprehensive orofacial exams.
- To get practical tips and advice on effective veterinarian-client communication.
