OVC faculty members are invited to attend one of the training sessions related to the electronic CV system (Sedona). Without exception, this is the program that will be used for this year’s (2014) tenure and promotion and performance review process. Deadlines remain the same as in previous years — it is simply the format of submissions that will be different.
Please review the letter sent earlier this year to all faculty from the Assistant Vice President Faculty Relations. The letter clearly outlines the new system.

Join colleagues at one of the sessions being offered (listed below). A member of the Provost’s office will be there to answer questions about the system (but not about the T&P process). We will make every effort to have someone available to answer T&P questions either at these sessions or afterwards by email if required. It is important that faculty begin the process of validating and updating the information that was input into the system as soon as possible while additional support is available.
