We are pleased to provide an update on staffing changes that will help OVC Pet Trust and the Ontario Veterinary College move forward on our broader strategic goals.
Effective January 2, 2020, Kim Robinson has agreed to take an 18-month secondment, as Director of Strategic Projects, to help move some of OVC’s mega-projects forward. Kim will work out of the OVC Project Management Office, under Ilya Bogorad, Executive Director, Strategy and Planning. These projects have tremendous potential for the college.
During Kim’s secondment, Bailey Kagan will be the Acting Managing Director for Pet Trust. Bailey has been a member of the OVC Pet Trust team since 2016. Managing Pet Trust’s outreach and external affairs programs, she has visited more than 200 veterinary practices to recognize and steward key supporters to our pet memorial program. She has also developed and strengthened Pet Trust’s relationship with veterinary associations all over Ontario, resulting in annual engagement with veterinary professionals in areas such as Ottawa, Peterborough and London.
Bailey will relocate to the Managing Director’s office in Pet Trust (Room 2659) and Kim will relocate to the Office of the Dean (Room 2644) adjacent to Carol Ann Higgins.
