Test your security savvy and enjoy FREE pizza and PRIZES at the Cyber Security Awareness Roadshow Tuesday, October 29 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. in the U of G’s UC Courtyard.
The event aims to build awareness about the many threats facing students, staff, and faculty, and provide simple strategies to mitigate those risks.
In addition to booths with the Computing and Communications Services Help Centre and Campus/Guelph Police there will be engaging booths on four main security topics:
- Device security
- Phishing awareness
- Social media safety
- Strong passwords
