The OVC will celebrate the official “re-opening” of the C.A.V. Barker Museum of Canadian Veterinary History with an open house on Wednesday. Members of the OVC community are invited to attend.
In recognition of the 40th anniversary of their graduation, the OVC class of 1969 generously supported renovations to the Barker Museum. The room has been transformed into a modern and comfortable multi-purpose space that allows us to display our unique collection of artifacts. The museum was established in 1990 in recognition of Dr. Barker’s 40-year career at OVC and his dedication to preserving the history of the College and the veterinary profession.
Where: C.A.V. Barker Museum Rm. 2635
When: Wednesday, Nov. 6, 2013
Time: 4 p.m. to 5 p.m.
Refreshments will be served. Please join us to celebrate OVC 1969’s contribution and to see the transformation first-hand.
