Beginning in Summer 2018 we will require OVC Scholarship/Fellowship recipients to submit a “Declaration of Additional Funding Form” prior to the start of each semester. Declaring additional funding is not a new requirement for OVC Scholarship/Fellowship recipients, however, in the past, students have informally declared additional funding through email. We are now asking students to complete this form to formalize the process and ensure each student receiving an OVC Scholarship/Fellowship understands that reporting additional funding is a requirement, and is tracked.

April 15, 2018 is the deadline date
for the Declaration of Additional Funding Forms for Summer 2018 to be sent to ovcschol@uoguelph.ca.
