The U of G - OVC team that participated in the 2013 Big Bike ride has been named winner of this year’s Spirit Award by the Heart and Stroke Foundation’s Guelph office.
The team raised $3,428.30 in the ride that took place on June 13.
The event raised $10,277.10 overall in support of work that is making a difference in the lives of many Canadians suffering from heart disease and stroke.
