Sonia Randhawa joined the advancement team at the Ontario Veterinary College(OVC), University of Guelph. Effective January 31, 2017, Sonia will be taking on the role of Alumni Advancement Manager during Stefanie Sharp’s leave. Many at OVC may be familiar with Sonia as she worked with AAD as a Development Assistant for close to two years largely supporting OVC fundraising efforts.
Since leaving the UG, Sonia served as a Development Coordinator at the Peel Art Gallery (PAMA), Museum & Archives for the Region of Peel. At PAMA, she was responsible for securing philanthropic support and corporate donations, leading special events and managing the organization’s volunteer base. Additionally, she led the membership program, ensuring strong renewal, membership growth and stewardship initiatives.
