Evan Fraser will present some ideas on the nature of the challenge of feeding the world’s growing population and conclude with an overview of how work being undertaken at the University of Guelph may be able to help.
Fun fact: the challenge of addressing the global food security needs of coming generations has more to do withhow we produce anddistribute food rather than the amount of food that farmers create.
