The student chapter of OVC’s
LGVMA has been marching proudly in Pride Toronto for the past 3 years since the
club was founded.
This year the club is even more excited to
march in Pride 2016 to celebrate the appointment of Dr. Joseph Kinnarney, the
first openly gay AVMA President.
In addition, The Right Honourable Justin Trudeau,
Prime Minister of Canada, The Honourable
Kathleen Wynne, Premier of Ontario and John Tory, Mayor of the City of Toronto will all be taking part.
Everyone is welcome! Please join the OVC LGVMA crew in promoting acceptance and inclusivity for people of all
sexual orientations and gender identities within the veterinary medical
profession.
