This year, OVC will commemorate Remembrance Day at 10 a.m. on Wednesday, November 11. A wreath will be placed at the Memorial Books in the MacNabb Room of the OVC Learning Commons and a moment of silence will be observed in memory of all faculty, staff and students of OVC who died while serving their country in the First and Second World Wars and other conflicts.
The names of WWI and II Alumni are listed in the two Memorial Books and on the wall plaques in the MacNabb Room.
This brief ceremony will be followed by the University annual Remembrance Day Service which will be held at 10:30 a.m. in War Memorial Hall.
All members of the OVC Community are welcome to participate.
